In Washington, where violent riots took place after the election of President-elect Donald Trump last week, a Republican state senator has begun drafting a bill that will let prosecutors serve justice against protesters and rioters who take part in what he elaborated to be “economic terrorism.”
State Sen. Doug Ericksen, in a news brief published Wednesday, elaborated that the bill will allow the felony prosecution for “economic terrorism” that would put a target on the back of “those who intentionally break the law in an attempt to intimidate or coerce private citizens or the government by obstructing economic activity”.
“I respect the right to protest, but when it endangers people’s lives and property, it goes too far,” he proceeded. “Fear, intimidation and vandalism are not a legitimate form of political expression. Those who employ it must be called to account.”
Those who “fund, organize, sponsor or encourage others to commit acts of economic terrorism” would also be liable, he mentioned.
“We are not just going after the people who commit these acts of terrorism,” Ericksen stated. “We are going after the people who fund them. Wealthy donors should not feel safe in disrupting middle class jobs.”
The billionaire uber leftist mind George Soros most probably should try to keep this in mind the next time he think of a plan for encouragement of anarchist liberals to riot and spit on our well preserved democracy.
Have in mind that Ericksen’s proposal is not applying to Americans who take part in peaceful protests but it will apply to those animals which are keen on blocking traffic and play with the public’s safety.
